PAROC Pro Slab 80 is a non-flammable stone wool slab for thermal insulation of flat surfaces in industrial equipment and tanks.

Strength

  • Unchanging reaction to fire over time / degradation: Fire properties of mineral wool do not deteriorate over time. The European classification of the product is related to the content of the organic binder, which does not increase over time.
  • Invariability of reaction to fire at high temperatures: The fire retardant properties of stone wool do not deteriorate at high temperatures. The product's fire classification is related to the content of organic compounds, which remains constant or decreases at a higher temperature.
  • Unchanging thermal resistance over time / degradation: The thermal conductivity of a mineral wool product is unchanged over time, years of experience have shown that the structural fibers are stable and that there are no other gases except atmospheric air in the pores of the product
  • Maximum application temperature - dimension stability 550 C / EN 14303: 2009 + A1: 2013 (EN 14706)
