Mata z wełny mineralnej jednostronnie obszyta siatką drucianą oraz niezbrojoną folią aluminiową przeznaczona do izolacji wielowarstwowej rurociągów, kotłów energetycznych, instalacji odsiarczania oraz kanałów spalin. W wysokich temperaturach folia aluminiowa działa jak ekran odbijacący promieniowanie cieplne. Temperatura na styku pomiędzy folią aluminiową i wełną nie może przekraczać + 80 °C.
